Can I fit the trance 5" travel rear shock in my anthem 4" bike ?
I cant see it working fella?..
Bugger, hoped that having the shorter travel on my anthem x4 frame I could have got away with the slightly longer piston shock compressed up alittle

If it's the same length you'll probably get it in, but then you're presumably fitting more travel than the frame can cope with and may foul the wheel on the frame when it compresses
I didn't want more travel, it was more for it being a better spec shock - and at a good price.

The trance and anthem have slightly different linkages so may run the same shock length
Trance shock is 7.25"x1.75" 190mm x 45mm
Anthem shock is 6.50"x 1.5" 165mm x 38mm
Trance has an odd size...
I recently put a pushef fox float CTD on my anthem..
Can't grumble...its miles better than the stock RP2 it replaced.
