gf is 4ft 10 - so getting any bike was a real issue - Spec Myka 13" - which is a great bike, seems to fit. She can get neck pain on rides. She wears a ruck sack (waist + chest strap) - but it's pretty light.
My guess is to see if I can get a vshort v high rise stem - the current stem kis 50 so I guess choice is pretty limited - so if anybody can suggest a v short v high rise stem ?
I've tried changing brake/shifer alignment, rolling bars round, saddle shifting along rails, any other ideas.

Try one of the adjustable stems first. They are not rad but very good for sorting out which position is the best for a lady, then trying to find a stem that matches (if she then needs a more rad stem).
