Ok, SC Blur LT had developed a bit of side to side play in the rear. I replaced the bushing on the shock about 6 months ago and replaced the bearings yesterday. I've not put it all back together yet, but it still feels like there is some play, and that it is most likely from the shock bushing/reducers interface as there is definitely some slight movement in that area. Should I try replacing the bushing again? I'm a bit surprised this is where the problem seems to be coming from as it's a fairly new bushing and hasn't had massive amounts of abuse.

6 months is a lifetime for shock bushes on a vpp bike. my own blur and nomad have lasted about 2 months a time, often less if its wet.

Try the TF heavy duty ones, they seem to last a little bit longer.

Wow, that's a prety short lifespan. Luckily I do have a spare bushing. Thanks Goatster.

Replaced the lower shock mount eyelet on my Nomad last month with an Igus polymer one.
Old one pushed out by finger it was that worn.
