Emailed CRC last Thursday with an enquiry last Thursday. Had an automated reply saying they respond in 12 working hours but nothing since. what's the best way of chasing this up?
Telephone.

Email them again to hassle them. They're usually fairly good and get back to you.
Or as above, pick up the phone. They're harder to ignore.
I had a Ragley potential customer email me on the weekend complaining that CRC were not responding to his mails.

Fair comment but that hasn't happen here, oh and they have replied now.
