well ..got mine a couple of days ago after ordering just last week. As it was standard shipping I presume they have a uk/european warehouse.
Anyhow ...apart from the extra light optic being broken i find that switching on and off and selecting a light level is not quite as told in the poorly worded manual and seems to vary. Sometimes it comes on as expected yet other times no response or fires up on a high level/low level whatever it likes . Seems no logic to this ?

Also find it very annoying they dont pay for return costs even if the product is faulty.
same here I know I'll never get used to it so its gone into spare light box.

just make sure you select lowest mode before powering down and alls good on start up .
I find this confusing on bt21 too. It was a feature I thought I was going to like too!
BTW my experience so far with gearbest is not good.... one lens arrived cracked + i wanted advice on another issue . contacted customer service through correct channels and no reply after a week .
