have hired cars and used the transfer companies previously and i prefer the transfer companies for ease etc
however this year they are charging 50euros each way (cham van)per person which with the weak pound seems pretty expensive
any advice on best and cheapest method. There will be three/four of us with bikes etc

You [i]might[/i] be able to take them on the public coach transfers. Probably worth contacting the bus company in advance. I think it's Atibus - but I could be wrong.
EDIT: funnily enough Google Ads came up with someone offering transfers for 25€/person. But now it's gone again.
