I have just swapped my equipment from one frame to another, everything is working perfectly (and it was before) but now the gears slip in the 4th largest gear only, I have tried replacing the (new) chain, cassette, cables also putting an old cassette on swapping the wheels but with no joy. The only thing I can think of is the shifter but its a bit odd that it works perfectly on every other gear even under heavy load...any ideas?

If you have tried a new chain and cassette and its still jumping.I would say its worn chainrings.
