[Closed] GCN+ closing

So having popped for a GCN+ sub a few months ago today I got this email:

Dear GCN+ Subscriber,

We are sending you this email as a valued subscriber of GCN+. We are very sorry to have to inform you that the GCN+ service and the GCN app will close on 19 December 2023.

No mention of a refund for the months of service I won't be getting.

But also seems a bit odd for them to be shutting up shop so suddenly, have WB/Discovery pulled the plug? Or have they just spunked all the budget over-producing videos of them TTing around Bath?

Edit: just re-read the email and I will be getting a refund it seems
