It is a nice problem to have but it looks as though I am going to have 2 days to ride my bicycle from Garmisch Paternkirchen (or anywhere else trainable from Munchen) to the Oetztal valley/Imst. Alpin off of here mentioned an apparently ace trail dropping down to the east of the Fernpass. I'm crossing my fingers that their may be more trails like that around (The Trans-alp route's I have found look quite fireroad heavy). We have got two days so if anyone knows of a decent mountain hut to stop overnight in also, that would be ace.

No MTB though as I thought it sensible to wait and bring it over later due to snow.
Unfortunately I'm not in Munich, but I have a family thing to get to in Austria and my brother and I thought we may as well take a few days to get there. I'm sure there are a few other folks from Munich who post on here. Looking on websites like [url= http://alpinepics.com ]Alpinepics[/url] seems to inidcate a fair bit of potential though.
