I'm trying to transfer this route.

On to my Garmin 800.
I've saved the GPX link but when i try and upload it into Garmin Connect it comes up with "some activities could not be created" and it doesn't transfer to the device?
Any Ideas what I'm doing wrong?
I've transfered a few other routes in this way and they've worked fine. 😕
Have you tried dragging and dropping directly into the new files folder on the Garmin ?
I never use connect, just drop GPX files created on memory map

Have you tried using base camp, it's what I use for this kind of thing.
Just tried it on mine and works ok. Sorry doesnt help you with your problem... I use the same method as you. Save the file to my desktop and then drag it to new file. It's called SD Track 99 when on my 800.
Worked a treat today.
The only downside is that it kept displacing a ready to navigate message on the screen while riding the route.
Have you been on Webupdater and got the latest software..?

Im pretty sure I had an update recently but not sure what date it was released..
