Hiya. Had the Gps on the bike recording a couple of weekends ago, and the battery ran out. When I plugged it in to the computer a few days later, it charged, but doesn't communicate with it, or the Garmin website. So I can't get any tracks on or off...
Anyone else had this problem? Tried different cables, to no avail. Does it need some sort of reset? If so how would I do it?

Bump. Still got the same problem, and can't get it to charge either..
Had a similar prob with mine after an update would not work
I tried charging from the mains charger then it all worked again ?

Garmin UK are quite good to deal with - Have you tried calling them?
If they can't do anything with it & it's out of warranty, they'll replace it for around £70 too
