No.False economy.
Use Kael at Katech.Best out there.(airborne10101)ebay user name.
Do a search on here about his kit.

I bought five fronts for about a tenner once. Can't complain with them. Although I do pop the seals off every so often and repackage with grease.

They've lasted over a year without needing changed

I bought some of eBay a few years ago. 2 weeks later, on the first descent at the passport du soleil the rear hub literally exploded as the bearings disintegrated, sending me head first into a drainage ditch. Kaesae's bearings have always been spor on and those are the only ones I'll buy now.
