As above,with the forks locked out,theres maybe 5/6mm play forward and back rocking the wheel gently.
Is this right?
Is it new bearing time?

How old are the bearings and can you rock it from side to side, how does the disc rotor move in the brake?

Loose caliper/mount bolts; loose rotor bolts. What fork/axle?

Bloody hell!
Just been and had a look and every bolt is loose on my floating disc!
Back one's too,done them up and sorted.

Did you thread lock the bolts for the rotor?
