The kids want bike lights for Christmas. They're the top end of 5 and 6 years old. We may occasionally ride on very quiet streetlit roads with them, but I will be taking them down the woods for a bit of spooky singletrack.
Obviously they won't be going that fast, and although I'm tempted to get them a Spark each, it would probably be overkill, not to mention a bit more money than I really ought to be spending for the use they will have.
Any recommendations?

Some of the commuter lights give out just enough enough light for very gentle off roading for £20 to £40. If you're riding behind the kids with a proper light you'll be lighting up a large part of what they need to see.
