second hand french bikes (and cars) are always bonkers high, never could work out why. sorry, can't help!

knew the cars were (should see that they are charging for a pug 108 down the road from me!), but was hoping the bikes would be more reasonable 🙁
anyone got something nice for under a grand, posted to france? am 6 foot...
