Ok my wife has given me the ok to paint or power coat my old jakyll frame and re sticker it. What my best to do this

I've just got mine at the powder coaters. Place i went to is in Banbury and they're charging me 80 bones for frame and two swinging arms.
Kawasaki green incidentally...
