Autodesk Fusion 360 is free for hobbiests or startups with a turnover less than $100,000.
Terrific piece of software. I found it more logical for my brain than SketchUp which I always felt I was fighting.
You need to watch a couple of tutorials though as there is a certain method to it.
I don't think it has anything bike-specific in it though.
