[Closed] Fox Terralogic, a question for the serious fork boffins

Just got some F29 Terralogic forks, have a real nerdy question on the blue terralogic adjuster on the bottom of the leg. It will help me get a start point for my setup.
From reading the Fox blurb, I gather the adjuster only adjusts the amount of compression dampening only when the terralogic circuit is closed. Like a bypass circuit.
But when the terralogic circuit opens i.e the weight opens the ports after a bump force, is the compression of the fork exactly the same whether the adjuster is in the full soft or full hard mode ?? And whether its in full soft or full hard does it take the same amount of force to open the ports ?

Just trying to get my head around it, as I am coming from Specialized brain shocks where all the adjuster does is control the force it takes to open the brain.

So presumably the Fox works in a different way

Yes..

No..in full soft mode it only takes a small bump to activate, in full hard it takes a big bump to activate
Full soft is more like a pedal platform and full hard is more like a lockout with a blowoff...
