Hi guys after sone advice on what to do.
Bought a cube stereo a few weeks back and ive finally got around to using it.
Ive noticed i can only use around half the front forks travel so about 75mm of 150mm.
Ive let the air all out and i can still only get half the supposed travel.
Any tips on what i could do to fix this?
Sounds like the Talas timing has gone adrift. Might be worth sending them to someone like Loco Tuning to get them serviced, as its quite fiddly.
You could take the top cap off the Talas side and see if there is too much oil / float fluid in the air chamber. That would reduce the air volume a bit if theres a lot in there.
Didnt really want to be stripping down a fork on a bike ive just bought but decided to have a proper look.
Turns out there was too much oil in the fork lowers.
