I’ve just picked up a new fox rear shock for my voodoo and want to fit instead of the Suntour one that is currently installed. I have some of the older fox “top hats “ and a new DU bushing that are exactly the right size to make it fit the frame. Is there any reason why I couldn’t fit these instead of spending £18 on the newer Fox fitting kit?
