I have a 2020 Fox 36 Factory Grip 2. It had a full service in October, but just recently it's clunking on rebound. Not always, but if I compress slightly and then pull up, particularly if the bike has been sitting a while, it's like there's no rebound damping at the top of the stroke.
But I can be riding around and it won't do it at all... then all of a sudden it will do it again. I've checked the foot nuts, pressure etc and everything is fine externally.
Any idea what could be going on inside?

Well, had a chat with the suspension guy that serviced it and from my description he thinks it's the rebound damper. It sounds like the bolt at the top of the shim stack may have loosened off... if I interpreted correctly.
