Only a couple of months old, just sat on my bike and the forks seem to have weird sounds which sounds like a tap running. Any ideas?

Shrink wrap moved on the spring poss. Should be in the middle of the spring. On compression the spring rubs inside of leg making noise

My Vans came with the plastic round the top of the spring (and the spare springs). They never rattled.

Gone away now think its because I left it upside for a week (only thing I can think off).
