Help! servicing my fox 140mm 32mm vanilla r 2008 forks and this extract from the 2008 manual is confusing me. Does the line [b]R Damper: 10wt[/b] mean exactly what it says, that the damper for the vanilla R should use 10 wt?

I've recently done an oil change on a set of them for my BIL and used the 10wt. He's a skinny whippet and it was fine for him.
the 10wt refers to the Fox 10wt oil, other brands [u]will[/u] vary.....
