Wear a medium shirt, which seems to say I need a large foska jersey for a non-skintight fitted jersey. But cycling jerseys are all over the place so?????

I've got a few. I would say they are true to size, i.e. A medium will fit you like a medium cycling jersey. It's supposed to be slim fitting.
I go up a size to get a little bit more room.
