I've just ordered some 2012 THE ONE brakes, which come with FCS adjusters as standard. I'm almost certainly going to have to shortern the hoses. I've done this on my R1's, but they don't have FCS fitted. Anyone know how to do it with FCS fitted?

Hi strike, I have just fitted some Formula R1 with FCS and braided hoses, under the rubber cover just after the FCS is a nut and olive. With your new brakes you shoud receive a shortening kit with a compression nut, an olive and a serrated fitting with on o ring on which you push into the hose after fitting the compresion nut. Then a simple matter of bleeding. You need a pair of syringes for this. Hope this is of use ๐Ÿ˜†
