Can anyone offer advice on respraying Fork Lowers?
I would like to try and avoid the cost of stripping the fork down to get them done. Surely with ultra careful masking it would be okay to do them in-situ?

Spraying in situ may be doable, but in order to get a good finish, they have so be well prepared...easier to do stripped down. If theyre alloy/magnesium, they should be under coated with an etch primer, or they'll peel like a banana in this weather.
