Changed the oil and ressembled the forks. The rebound adjustor is stuck solid. Tried undoing the grub-screw on the side. Still wont move. Any help/tips? I dont fancy binning the forks nor do I want to spend £60+ sending them off to Windwave either.
you will prob find the intrenal has come off the dial.. common issue with the Z1's I have to take mine apart 5 times in 5 months and screw it back on!.. best bet is to strip them back down and start from scratch!
Got it. BTW- how many cc's should you put in? I get the 'bung' feeling at the stop/bottom of the travel on full compression.
I think with Marz forks, how many CC's to put in is a movable feast, isn't it? Enough not to **** up the fork, but probably not as much as Marz recommend...
I'd send em back, happened on mine once (although I'd not self-hora'd them)
Send em back...Ive had them almost 5yrs so alittle out of warranty 😉
