Considering the purchase of a new Foes DH bike. Have ridden foes for years however i have only ever used the older 3:1 ratio Curnutt XTD shocks.
Was wondering if anyone has any experience of the new 2:1 ratio Air shocks?

Hello, i used mine in anger for the first time at weekend, it seemed great and i didnt notice stiction on new seals, and i got full travel, which i dont think i got ever out of coil shock. after 1st ride id say its better than the coil version, as can be set up for whatever the weight of the rider, and the ti springs come in 50lb differences and i think they should go up in 25lb. The 2.1 is a smoother shock than the 3.1, i dont know if its because its 2.1 or if the shock has been updated internally, as 3.1 was 2004 technology.
Forgotmename - what bike is that on if you dont mind me asking and what bike did you have the 3:1 on previously?
