search for the troubleshooting guide - someone linked to it from here.. hang on...

thats ass! how is it broken?
at 50 quid, when mine konks out, ill get the soldering iron out and re build it, but if its bust out the box, i would certinly send it back.

cant help with that though.

No.I know 4 people with these lights and they are fine.A light breaking down i can`t believe it.I am sure Lupine,hope and the others never have any returns????

Did the battery pack get wet? If so it will conk out but will work again if you dry it out.

Hi,

no the baterry is fine , there is power to the light ( green light is on) but no light, swaped battery with another dx and works fine. Am not good with this sort of stuff so will proably send it back if poss.

My advice, would be to contact trout and see if he can fix it, because you'll be without a light for about 8-10weeks if you send it back now (Chinese new year is 3weeks away).
It took them 9 weeks to get replacement P7's to my door(didnt want another bike light).
