Pop into Twelve50 bikes in Frodsham en route and they'll give you some pointers.

The way marked trails are generally basic and Delamere is a place for the locals who know the cheeky trails. I must have been 30 times now and still couldn't navigate my way around. Parking wise it's easiest to park at the visitors centre as there really isn't anywhere to park for free.

I'm sure people like Graham and Dave Dodd will be along soon to give pointers, they know they area exceptionally well
