Had it since christmas but never got round to putting up a photo, so here it is. I hope the pic works but never used picasa before....

Tektro Aurgia brakes
Hope bulb/717 front wheel
Merida rear wheel, soon to be stans arch/pro 2 Evo

It creaks like my knees but it pedals well and is very stable downhill.

Crikey, Pikes on an FSR XC ๐ฏ
Seat too high, get a bike that fits you ๐
They're nice and tough, got them for a good price and they work ๐
Liftman - I'm 6ft 1 and it's a large. I do have fairly long legs mind....
needs a 29er

Nonsense, if the post goes high enough to pedal properly its fine ๐
Pikes are good forks, nice and reliable
rocketdog- want a 29er...
Anyone got any comments about the bike rather than the lawn/if it fits me or not? ๐
Yes. I'm not sure that an FSR XC should have 140 mm Pikes up front.
I normally keep them at 120 anyway. A sagged 140mm fork is shorter than a locked out 120mm fork so i don't think there would be any issues. I might just go and have a look at the headtube welds though, it has been creaking and rattling a bit ๐ฏ
