Hi I wonder if anyone can help, I picked my new whyte t129s up today, had all the shox set up, went on a three hour ride half way through all pressure had gone out of shock had to lock it out, is this a set up/bedding in issue or is it faulty, there is also a black mark a bit like oil showing ?

If it has lost all pressure in a couple of hours it is faulty.
Take it back to the shop.

Sorry - I really wouldn't want to spoil anyone's 'new bike' day.

Get it sorted, pretend it never happened and have another 'new bike' day.

Cheers will do, they have lent me the shock off the demo bike while its sorted, just need this east wind to ease now, its a bit extreme on the tops at the minute.
