Ison are selling these cheap just now - about 30% off. I am tempted by one but do I recall that there was something about it that made it not so good as a trail-bike?

(Oh the Marrowfat is about to be restored but n+1/stand-by etc!)

Lower BB than other fatbikes supposedly makes it less "trailworthy".

Only a problem if you want to do a lot of technical riding IMO.

I got my Muk frameset with a hefty discount from Triton. It handles trails just fine.

I've not had any problems and I ride lots of the more interesting trails in the Brecon Beacons with mine

Cheers all. It sounds like one of things that may not matter...especially at this price!

EDIT Erm...BB is a whole 3mm lower on mk1?

Aye I've thoight of that.

Cr500 its the supplier that's doing them cheap, dunno about retailers. Email me if you want one though.
