How fast can this be done? I'm getting it down to about an hour now, don't know how much more I can get off it.

IIRC when the BUSA student champs were there a couple of years ago the fastest lap was about 39 minutes or so. I doubt you'd eek more than a couple of minutes out of that.

Lance did it in 35 mins* last night - said he was using it as a warm up for the Glasgow ride today.
*his front mech jammed so had to leave it in the big ring all the way round
Plenty of rumours and urban myths about cwmcarn lap times. But sub 40mins has been done. Anthony O'boyle live locally and has done a 38-39 min lap.
