I like the fact the OP colour matched the frame and forks to the sky and the trees

Woke up Wednesday morning to find race tape had been put up in the night about 5m from the camper. Watched well over 1000 riders race past during the day. Hands hurt from clapping. Decided to move on yesterday as it was too busy. Quick scan of trailforks found us parked up further inland and rode some sweet trails with awesome scenery

Back out onto the race bike for the hard rides before the final race of my season in 3 weeks. First time out on Forekaster's F2.35/R2.25 and I've got to say they impressed me, they carve damp single track corners with more confidence that Barzo's, so these remain my Autumn/winter race tyre. Anyway:

And I found my first frost of the year:

What a lovely day.

Out on the gravel today. Took this shot at the top of a Strava segment called “Death hill” surprisingly it didn’t kill me 🤮

Great pics @vmgscot and @tracey.

Took the Vibe for the 30km round trip for my Covid booster.

Back on the MTB tomorrow. Going to be a bit of a come down after Molini!

First couple of rides after having the Rona and off the bike for two weeks.
Still not feeling great but managed a loop around my local, local trails on Friday.
Then 30 miles and over 1000M
today on the eeber.
I feel totally wasted now.☹️
Think it's going to take me a while to get back to where I was.

Todays ride was a real mushroom fest.
They seemed to be everywhere.

Lovely photos, and what a gorgeous day.
My happy place, sun, singlespeed and Salisbury Plain.

Last day of riding for us. Bikes cleaned and lubed. Set off up through France in the morning assuming we can find some fuel.
Had a great time both on the mtb and emtb. Rode some old trails and explored to find some new.
Most of our pics have been action shots so decided for today's ride to just have pics of what we have rode past, around, up or down.

Had to check, but yep easdon tor. Did the nutcracker and the one after the nutcracker after the hike back up. Bit of wet grass early on but mostly dry! 20 miles and 1100m climbing. Oh and 3 pub stops, because well... 😁

No photos but just got out on the fatbike for an hour or so of random local paths, first ride since I broke my arm in august. Bit sore but it works alright!

Went out for a spin round the Gorlech trail at Brechfa this afternoon after fitting a more winter-friendly front tyre this morning.

Always forget just how much I like the trails there with their slightly old style compared to everywhere else that has been updated over the years. Just need to get my fitness up enough so I can do the Gorlech and the Raven combined again!

Sidetracked by all sorts of things today to make a quick ride a long one (no bad thing)... Planning new trails, bumping into riding mates, laying on my belly in the dirt photographing mushrooms. All in glorious Autumn sunshine. Surfing the dirt is a good thing.

I use a timelpase app to take my riding selfies. Today I kicked the camera over riding past. This is one of the frames just after that - originally upside down like the camera. Something about it I quite like.

Not biking but kitesurfing. On Tiree for a week, been pretty wild this morning but the skies cleared for an afternoon session in one of the perfect bays in the island. Bloody love it here.

We've had a lot of rain this past week, so the water features at Rivington were looking impressive...

Another beautiful day in the FoD on Saturday. So good there was no time for photos!

Followed by a morning at Smilog on Sunday, riding some steep but excellent trails - and finding a comfy Bramble bush for a little lay down..

It’s closer to the weekend than midweek, so I’ll put these here. Back in the office this week, so after work laps, 1 hours to the top, 10 minutes back down, it’s a bit spicy in the dark, especially after a mornings rain so it’s a bit slick and a lot more water channels have appeared since I was last here in June.

On the way up.

At the top

Back at the bottom.
