Hi all
I have fitted a nice set of reba forks with a pre cut steerer to my new Orange bike,
its a 20 inch gate and the steerer is 5mm short DOH!
so considering selling forks and fitting revs or sektors
OR
remove 2.5mm from each face of the head tube
will this screw the warranty?

Ummm, I would expect so - though perhaps best to ask Orange. You could get a stem which only requires a small amount of steerer - e.g. Avid Saago.
Try a different headset or stem, or new forks!

the head tubes HUGE as 20 inch frames a bit of a gate!
LBS owner said it common on DH circuit
not much different from facing BB shell to ensure they are square IMHO
