Recently purchased an exposure Strada which I was very happy with. However this morning it will not turn on. Charged it recently, Red-eye rear light works from the unit. No rear red charging lights come on when plugged in to charger.

Experienced similar with the Joystick. I put it down to the redeye as it worked fine before I used it. I left it a while meaning to send it back, however plugged it in to try and charge it one last time and the light came on and has worked fine ever since.
