Its my father thats doing it, he has known him for 30+ years.

ribble and boardman both do bikes around that price.
that's 2 reasons not too.

He's my LBS.. Nowt wrong if you actually go in the shop... Never had a drama.
Agreed they ain't the best mail order..

The 9 speed is great so I would imagine the 10 speed is even better.
