Quick question for a friend:
What's the difference between eXotic's UD Carbon Rigid MTB Fork CC-F0M45
and their "Standard" Carbon Rigid MTB Fork CC-F0E45?
Apart from the Unidirectional (UD) part and decals everything (price, weight, dimensions) seems to be the same. What makes Unidirectional different?
Is one of the forks:
- less/more torsional stiff?
- less/more comfortable?
- visually different carbon texture?

I think the UD version looks like raw carbon,

the normal version looks like that carbon "matting", e.g.[img]

Usually it's just a cosmetic top layer finish, if so there won't be any difference in the structure itself.
