Anyone got any advice on exercise with a broken arm?

Is a turbo a good idea, or will I die (or worse, smell)?

I once raced a 4x race in a plaster cast due to broken wrist, you'll be fine 🙂

SWEATY! is all the advice I can offer having recently tried the same, as well as running on a treadmill.

Yeah i've run with a cast on no probs apart from the smell which you can do nothing about and can't get away from. No amount of deoderant/fabreze can even touch it.

Oh dear, what happened?

Epic high speed dismount, wrote off the full face helmet fairly convincingly and had to be cut out of my favourite jersey 🙁 Fractured radius due for an opperation to plate it and possibly wire my wrist next wednesday 😥

Fibreglass cast?

If so, I used to dip it in the bath every now and then and use a hair drier on it. Used to ride my road bike with it on too, but it wears out your bar tape.

when you are getting the cast put on, tell them that you are due to fly soon, they can saw the cast and add velcro so its removeable
