[Closed] EVOC pack users - EVOC bladder or something else?

Managed to snag a good deal on an EVOC pack around Black Friday but it doesn't come with a bladder. Just curious to see if folk are mainly sticking with the EVOC branded bladders or using all sorts? Any that don't work well with these packs for any reason?

I've got out of the habit of using mine in my Enduro Blackline but it's in the freezer ready.
I normally chuck a bottle in these days.

I use a Hydrapak one which has an insulated hose..Can't beat an insulated hose in hotter climates.

I paid about £120 for my pack. Pretty shocking that it didn't include a bladder for that, but I still bought it. 😕

Aren’t the evoc ones just branded hydrapack ones?

I've taken to using an Osprey one on mine, as they have a semi rigid back which makes it a bit easier to slide into the pocket not quite as 'wet salmon wrestling' as the Camelbak bladder I was using.

Yes it is a hydrapak. personally I find them easier to live with than a CamelBak, although the bite valve is a bit crap, but that'only a few quid to replace with a CamelBak version

Camelbak too. I think they're the best bladders

Be careful which one you order, the newest ones have a slightly different shape and don't fit the sling as well. The Antidote is the narrower one, the Crux is the wider one

Evoc. Can turn them inside out for a good wash and I prefer the bite valve.

Decathlon. I don't think there's any 'normal' bladder which won't fit so it's just how much you want to spend on a plastic bag.
