Did anyone else take part, I found it quite fun, demanding at some stages what with all the mud as 200+ riders had already churned up the route before me (I set off later than planned!!) I've ridden parts of the route before and liked how the organisers had tied in alot of areas you wouldn't expect to be linkable. I'll be riding it again over the summer. This was my first "organised" ride but wont be the last so well done Evans.

What I wasnt expecting though is how much I'd ache afterwards, I regularly cycle much further than this but I guess your body just gets used to doing the regular/known routes and therefore suffers a bit when you do something new. But their "2 out of 5" climbing rating was more like a 3 me thinks.. ๐Ÿ˜€

it was a good ride - bit too much road action for me but good day out. evans do organise these rides really well.

the route was good too - a bit muddy in places but we set off very early so it was all very rideable.

one thing to note on the GPS route - i downloaded it on my Garmin and it was not the route that was marked on the trails. I went off course at least 5-6 times.
