Any tips for removal and re-fitting of ESI Silicone grips without stretching the buggery out of them?

Fitted with window cleaner and brute force not sure they'll come off easily!

Carbon bars if that makes a difference, really like to re-use the bars and grips just on different bikes.

Use A LOT of window cleaner! Also helps if you can use something like an old spoke with the end wrapped in insulating tape to prevent damage to bars or grips; once you have got a little movement in the end of the grip, carefully slide it a little way into the grip and spray more window cleaner along the line of the spoke. Keep doing this and they will come off in the end, with a fair amount of pulling! I used this method a while ago when I switched bars a couple of times and had no issues at all with them staying in place.

What is rubbing alcohol, where do you get it in the UK, and how do you get it under the grip in order to remove?

Anyone know how much stretching they take without becoming baggy?

Don't pull them , Push them !

If you pull you will just make them tighter and risk tearing them.

No window cleaner or any other chemicals involved, just push.
