Does anyone know what the different colours of lens are for? I need an all round pair for dark, light and everything in between. Clear would seem to be the best for this but I'm interested if anyone knows the benefits of any of the other flavours.

Go for a yellow/light orange, if there is one. Dark enough for all but the brightest sun, and it sharpens everything up and makes it look warmer and cheerier on glum days.
If you're using them in the dark then clear is really the only option. However, they're so cheap you may as well get a clear set for nightriding and another set for daytime use 🙂
The blue ones are a nice all-round choice. Yellow & orange are good when it's a bit dingy out - they brighten things up. The smoke ones are good for sunny days.
