This is just down the road from me and was considering going, but looking through some of their photos, it looks like you're totally packed into a wee room. Looks a bit crap actually! Anyone got good experience of it?

Indoor cycling?
It'll never catch on, all that sucking in other peoples air and bathing in others sweat..

Ladies class's however!

Double sessions on Wednesdays. Have done the tri-athlete class and Brian's had me killing myself on the Watt bikes.

Good way to get 45 minutes of hard work done. The cyclist based ones are hard work.

No rest and no free wheeling. I like it. Still need to get dirty mind.

Oh and it's Lifescycles

Yeah sorry, http://www.lifescycle.co.uk/main/

Is it sardine stylee in the room though? I don't mind working myself out, but not when you're 6 inches from the next sweaty bloke.

Not as close as you'd think and when on the "bike" it's fine.

Hot due to the still air though and i get through 750(ish)cals in 45mins.

GW, yeah I have actually! More for skills than fitness. Is it quieter now that the skatepark has opened at Balgreen?

Those photos make it look like the bikes are rammed in there.

I use Chrome normally, but yeah using IE Norton goes a wobbly. Virus scan shows nothing though.
