Specifically, do you think it's a 26" wheel or 24"? Seller either doesn't know or CBF'd to check. If it's 26" I want it and I can cobble them together with a whole bunch of bits I have and give one to a mate that needs a commuter and punt the other.

Brick sized of course!
...One brick would be approx. 7 cms.

I reckon they are small wheels, cos one wheel is coming out at about 5 bricks, so smaller than 24 inch.
