thats a stem, is the hsa sold with those stems??

Don't see the point of them. Surely you just add/remove spacers to get your stem at the height you require.

its not to get the stem the right height, its instead of using star fangled nut to adjust height, i have a carbon steerer so cant use star fangles and that is cheeper than the bung type adjuster
