Has anyone fitted one or changed one? Do you need a special tool?
It's for a LG1 chainset.
Tool (adapter) comes with the BB, no more difficult to change than any other HT2 BB system.

Hmm it did with my TRS one (which is listed as the same BB for LG1), as I ordered a tool and the BB and ended up with 2... Though looking at the "the hive" (E-13) the BB "whats in the box" doesn't say there an adapter anymore. Bugger
Though the good news seems to be they offer a 1 year no quibble guarantee onthe BB's now... would have appreciated that when I ran mine.
Silverfish's website show/list some E-13 BB's with the adapter and some without TBF...
The bb tool comes with the crankset but not the spider locking tool which would also be useful. No doubt the importer get a lot of similar queries and can sort you out.
