The battery on my riding buddy’s YT decoy gen1 seems to have died, and I was wondering if there are any UK-based repair places?
YT have spare batteries in stock but seemingly won’t ship to the UK
he left it fully charged and came back after a week to find it completely flat. It’s showing 17v at the charger connector instead of 37v, which makes me think a few of the cells have failed. If a whole 10s bank of cells had failed it would still show 37v but have a much reduced capacity?
