after bike bags (or a suitable soft pack alternative) - after quite a lot of looking the duffbags seem worth a try - however I've dropped them a couple of mails etc without reply and their facebook is a bit quiet after mid last year - so I'm not sure if they're still trading ???
Also if you can think of other alternatives) - bike with rear wheel in bags or covers (I've seen white lightning johnny, pfm bike bag, etc) - or you know a custom large bag maker who I could try

Still trading. I've just had one. Took three weeks to come as they were out of stock though.
I have one and find it excellent and very strong
I've got two and they have been great. Big and durable seem to describe them well.
